Last week I got a package and when opened I saw these:

100% Cocoa Dutch Powder and Cocoa Dutch 3in1 |
They are Cocoa dutch products (very big box ^^). If you remember the brand Droste cocoa with nurse logo, they are the same but they change their package now (In Thailand). My Mom likes this brand, I think the old package is beautiful with vintage style picture, ^^.
This time they re-brand and become “Cocoa Dutch” (the nurse lost her job already, haha). Actually the word “Dutch process” is the process that lower the acid in the cocoa, so the cocoa less tangy.
New tin is cute too, ^^
Because the valentine is coming up, after I got the cocoa powder I think about making something using both cocoa powder and chocolate. The brownie is my answer, so I use cocoa brownie as a base and use a lot of chocolate for glazing it.
Finally I got very thick chocolate glazed brownies, ^^ that anyone who love chocolate will love it too. But if you don’t want a lot of chocolate glaze you can sprinkle the top of the brownie with chocolate chips before baking, it will be delicious too.
Put the butter into a saucepan, melt over low heat, take the saucepan out of the heat and stir in the cocoa powder. Let the mixture cool.
Whip the eggs and the granulated sugar until fluffy and light in color, pour the cocoa mixture into the egg bowl, stir until combine. Add the vanilla extract, stir to combine.
Put the chocolate in a bowl. Boil the whipping cream and pour into the chocolate bowl, wait for 1-2 minutes, and stir lightly until combine.
Pour the glaze over the brownie, rest for 1 hour, then melt teh white chocolate and drizzle over the brownies. Let the glaze firm up befoer cut into pieces.
