125g ………………………….. Oreo biscuits (with filling)
75g …………………………… unsalted butter
1 tsp …………………………. powdered gelatin
200g ………………………… cream cheese
150ml ………………………. whipping cream
½tsp ………………………… vanilla extract
55g ……………………………. caster sugar
100g …………………………. white chocolate, melted, cooled slightly
………………………………….. Melted dark chocolate, to drizzle
Line a 4cm-deep, 15cm x 15cm pan with baking paper.
Heat the whipping cream in a microwave at 600W for 1-1.30 minutes, and mix with white chocolate.
Stir until fully melted.
Beat the cream cheese until smooth, add the sugar and vanilla, and beat until combine.
Pour the gelatin in to the water, let it soften for 5 minutes.
Heat in a microwave at 600W for 10-20 seconds, and stir until fully melt.
