Last month, I saw a pack of Purple sweet potato Powder in a shop, and yes, I couldn’t help myself but buying it, haha.
As you know that I always want to try something new all the time, it’s fun when I let my imagination run wild, ^^. Purple sweet potato Powder is a deep purple powder that made from Purple sweet potato, you can use it in many way, and yes, it’s very easy to use.
This time I want to try putting it in bread dough, to make cute two tones buns. Well, I thought about making only purple sweet potato bread at first, but it’s not cute (it’s too purple -*-), and with this recipe, you will get simple milk bread and purple sweet potato bread at the same time.
My brother loves purple sweet potato bread ! He said that it’s softer with a hint of sweetness, so I think that next time I will make only purple sweet potato bread.
NOTE: you can make purple sweet potato bread too, by double the quantity of purple sweet potato paste and mix it into the bread dough ^^.
